Illegal closure of sidewalks by businesses

Hello, since the war begun (a bit prior to but even more now), we’ve seen illegal closure of sidewalks by 2 merchant shops in Clemenceau area, taking advantage of the lack of order. We’ve tried reaching out to the municipality & no one answers (by phone or by contact). It is now IMPOSSIBLE to walk without going down to the street full of cars. I have several pictures, if needed. This is unacceptable as we have old people in the area and a lot of children going on walks.
