No parking spots for residents around Rizk

Since they blocked parking spots 2 years ago, by plants; it is very hard for old residents with no parking to find a parking spot (new residents in the newer buildings have parkings in their building). Solution: unblock the Parking spaces, or earmark the parking spots to street residents
