The gutter all along the road has been covered for quite sometime, the 2 rain water grills crossing the road horizontally are not sufficient to “swallow” the rain, it ends up all in our basement and electrical room, as for bldg. entrance the concierge has to physically divert the water as well. We have installed two pumps as a temporary solution until the Baladieh wakes up from its coma… we have reported it more than 30x and it’s yet to be fixed. [phone number removed]
