Tables of a restaurant are on the other side of the street

Saw a dude get hit by a bike when he was crossing the street from the restaurant to his table on the other side, and waiters keep crossing the street back and forth in a really busy street which is really unsafe, tables should be removed from the opposite end of the street (restaurant is dr smashed)
