Huge private crane left on public space for years

Description

A huge crane belonging to an individual has been left lying on public property just in front of two buildings by a private owner. Despite years of asking him and the municipality to have it removed nothing has been done. This is not only cumbersome but also a big risk for both buildings in case of a natural catastrophy.
