Electricity generator noise and dirty air

Description

A private electricity generator has been installed near our home and produces extremely loud and disturbing noise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without interruption. The constant noise is extremely difficult to tolerate and significantly affects our comfort, sleep, and ability to rest. We are forced to keep our windows closed in an attempt to reduce the noise, but the problem remains. Moreover, the generator does not have a proper exhaust system or chimney to safely direct the fumes away from residential areas. As a result, when we open the windows, the exhaust fumes and dirt enter our home, making it difficult to ventilate the house properly. We have already asked the generator operator to address the issue, reduce the excessive noise, and install a proper exhaust system, but unfortunately no effective action has been taken and the problem continues. We kindly request that the necessary measures be taken to resolve this issue, as the continuous 24/7 noise and exhaust fumes are directly affecting our living conditions, sleep, and ability to properly ventilate our home.
