I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding the hazardous environmental and public safety conditions on Cinema Plaza Street toward Chweiter Street (شارع سينما بلازا باتجاه شارع شويتر) in En Nabaa, Bourj Hammoud, caused by the improper placement and lack of oversight of municipal waste containers. More than 20 large waste dumpsters have been placed along the side of the main road in our residential neighborhood. This arrangement has created severe operational and environmental hazards: * Road Blockages & Scavenging: Every night, groups of unauthorized individuals completely empty these dumpsters onto the public street to sort and scavenge for recyclable materials. Loose trash is left strewn across the entire roadway, blocking traffic for hours every night and creating severe safety risks. * Regional Waste Dumping: Because of the excessive concentration of containers, waste is now being transported from neighboring districts and dumped in our area, turning our neighborhood into an illegal dumping ground due to ongoing municipal neglect. * Public Health Hazards: The accumulation of uncontained waste produces unbearable odors, attracts vectors and pests, and creates a severe hygiene threat to all local residents. We demand immediate intervention to restore order and safety to our community through the following measures: 1. Relocate or Reduce Bins: Relocate the excess containers to an appropriate, designated transfer facility or significantly reduce the number of bins on this residential street. 2. Enforcement & Oversight: Implement security or municipal monitoring to stop dumping from outside districts and prevent the nightly scattering of garbage and blockage of the road. 3.
