Garbage Catastrophic Issue in the most inactive municipality in Lebanon

I live in a house with a garden in Qennebet Broumana UNFORTUNATELY! I wish it was in Bsalim a very systematic and actively working municipality. Since more than 15 years I am complaining about the Garbage containers infront of my house! I suffered since then from: 1- Dozens of rodents feeding there and coming into my and our neighbors garden and one of my visitors for bitten. 2- Killing more than 3 snakes one of them in my garden! 3- Since it is setup in an inclined road, the garage containers slipped 3 times and hit my cars and damage them. 4- Because of the same setup the garbage liquid is always on the road and coming into our garden. 5- Many times Rodents are killed into our cars when we turn the car on and car fan hit them, so a very complicated clean process should be done to take off the parts of the damage rodents. 6- One of my cars wires was eaten by the rodents which cost me 800$ to repair it. 7- Insects and especially Mosquitoes are in waves, so there is no use of our garden, the type of mosquitoes are very poisonous, in case you got bitten, you’ll suffer for days. 8- Hygiene is in its worst scenario, we are being a collection of the worst bacteria into our house. 9- All my sons suffers from respiratory issues. 10- Strayed dogs and foxes comes each night and spread all the waste bags on the street with no reactions from the municipality. 11- There were 3 containers that could cope the family living there 15 years ago, but know with double the population garbage bags are always outside the containers. The municipality was informed many times, no action were taken expect spreading some white solution on the ground once a year. We tried one time to sign a form and send it to the municipality, the chief there refused even to register this form (as been told by the initiator) and insisted to know who’s ideas was
