Located near parked trucks/heavy equipment, suggesting the area may also be used informally as a dumping/staging spot. No one appears to be in immediate physical danger, but the site poses clear health, sanitation, and environmental risks (pests, runoff, fire risk from debris) to nearby residents and businesses.
