Mobile coverage is the job of the operators (Alfa, Touch), not the municipality.
Baladi Map checked this report. The municipality is not the responsible body, so it does not count against the council.

The Signal is very weak regarding Touch MTC. Alfa telecom doesn't face any problem.
If you have seen this repaired, send a photo of the spot as it is now. It stays private until a person at Baladi Map checks it, faces and number plates are blurred, and the report then shows as fixed.
Takes a minute. No account needed.
