The Deir Qoubel – Al-Qobbeh area is experiencing a noticeable decline in the level of public services. Several ongoing issues are directly affecting residents’ safety and quality of life, including: • Accumulation of waste and irregular collection. • Poor or inadequate street lighting on several roads, increasing the risk of accidents at night. • Poor road conditions, including potholes and cracks. • The need to install speed bumps and other traffic-calming measures at dangerous locations. • Overgrown vegetation and the need for trimming and cleaning along the roadsides. • Problems with sewage networks and water drainage. • Problems with, or insufficient access to, the water supply network. • The presence of stray dogs, which may pose a danger, particularly to children and pedestrians. • The need to improve general cleanliness and maintain public spaces in the area. We request that the relevant authorities conduct a comprehensive field inspection of the area, address these issues according to their priority, and establish a clear plan to improve public services and provide the residents of Deir Qoubel – Al-Qobbeh with a safe and clean environment.
