Many streets in Bsarma remain completely dark at night because the streetlights are missing, damaged, or not operating. This creates serious safety risks for pedestrians, drivers, children, and elderly residents, while also increasing the risk of accidents and theft. Residents request that the municipality urgently inspect the streetlights, repair or replace damaged units, and ensure that all streets are properly illuminated every night.
