What you get once approved:

  • See new citizen reports for your municipality in your desk
  • Reply publicly, mark work as in progress, and submit a fix with a proof photo
  • Your municipality appears as "responding" on the public scoreboard
  • Baladi Map publishes Fixed once it has reviewed your proof photo
  • An email the moment a report is published in your area
  • A way to say a report is not the municipality's to fix, and refer it to the responsible body
