لما أخذت البلدية المحلات في سوق حلبا (محلات حمود)، كسر العمال في البرندا لتركيب أورما، فسكّروا مزراب مياه وضيّقوا الثاني حتى وقع. وقت التركيب وقع بحص أو شيء آخر وسكّر المزراب، وأثّر على البرندا. لما شتّت الدنيا ما في مصرف للمياه، والشتاء على الأبواب. المطلوب النظر في الوضع قبل الشتاء.
