The road in front of the building is relatively busy, with traffic coming from the left consistently high speed - as evidenced by the scratch marks left after the speed bump (to the right of the photo) - The cars exiting the building parking come out of a blind spot into speeding traffic. A speed bump before the curve, and a mirror at the parking exists will improve safety.
