There’s no phone reception or connection in the entrance to Chouaifet (Diwan market to secret). It has been like this for at least two years. All the shops acknowledge that there’s no reception in the area. Even passing through in the car, if you’re calling on the phone it cuts off. How does a whole street in Chouaifet survive without reception for TWO YEARS?
