The sidewalk adjacent to the building has been severely damaged during renovation works that began several years ago but were never completed. Since then, the sidewalk has remained in poor condition and is no longer safely accessible to pedestrians. In addition, wastewater from the building’s showers is being discharged directly onto the pavement. This has created a dirty and unsanitary environment, with stagnant wastewater and deteriorated pavement posing a potential health and safety concern for residents and pedestrians in the neighborhood. We kindly request that the responsible authorities inspect the situation and take the necessary measures to: - Repair and restore the damaged sidewalk. - Stop the discharge of wastewater directly onto the pavement. - Ensure proper drainage and sanitation. - Require the responsible party to maintain the area in a safe and hygienic condition. - This situation has persisted for several years and is affecting the safety, accessibility, and sanitation of the surrounding neighborhood. Prompt action would be greatly appreciated.
