يا ريت قبل تنفيذ مشاريع سطحية وصرف أموال على «زينة» والمظاهر، كانت فكرت البلدية بإيجاد حلول لمشكلة تزفيت الطريق المؤدية إلى البيوت في منطقة الحيارة، اللي سكانها إذا قرروا شي نهار يكون معهن سيارات لبست رباعية الدفع ما فيهن يضهروا من بيوتهن. الطريق المذكورة ما فيها أي من معايير السلامة العامة والمرورية وبلا إنارة، حتى إنو باصات نقل التلاميذ ما بتقدر تسلكها، فبيضطر الأهالي يوصلوا ولادهم ويتأخروا عن شغلهم.
