On the nahr el mot roads, the U-turn lanes are created by first reducing the main lanes from 3 to 2, creating a bottleneck, before re-opening the u-turn lane. Instead, the u-turn lane should simply be marked as such, with a potential divider and signs 100meters in advance, to keep the 3 lanes of traffic flowing. It applies both ways, at the beginning of the road by jdeideh.
