Probably the most dirty area in the whole Lebanon, and its the place where they slaughter the animals, or they sell the vegetables, still, no investment, no maintenance, as if its slums of India.. Sabra supplies all Beirut with beggars, you will see Sabra even away from Sabra! Education and infrastructure in these areas raises the threshold for all Lebanon.
